It is not the Hypnotist that Hypnotises. It is the person they give the suggestion to.But I was hypnotised so I could have a bad tooth out.My hypnotherapist knew I was scared about having a bad tooth removed. I was put under. When I went to dentist,I don't remember having the tooth removed. No anasthetic. No pain Gone. So in answer to your question, if the process of suggetion is made prior to a hypnotic trance, and the receiver is willing, then yes they will respond.But you can't make an unwilling person go under.<br><b>References : </b><br> It is not possible to do so. Therefore, anyone who does not want to be hypnotized, will not be. Once hypnotized, people won't do anything that they feel is morally wrong. You may be able to trick someone into say taking their clothes off by telling them they are getting into a shower. Try self hypnosis if you are interested in it.
