Do you know how to hypnotize yourself?

I mean, I know what to do and I always do it right, but it always wears off after 10 minutes or so. Also, when I hypnotize my friends, they always wake up really tired instead of wide awake like they’re supposed to.

Are you trying to say that maybe I’m not me?

    thats not something you should be playing around with. you could mess someone up. only a profesional should be doing those things.
