How can i hypnotize my parents to let me get a dog?
I really want my dog and my dad just is saying no without thinking about it! I really want it and i read this article which says i could try and hypnotize them does anyone know how to learn to hypnotize in easy steps quickly?

What are you going to do with the dog once they snap out of it? Or are you going to keep them hypnotized for the next 13 years?
I’m sure your dad has his reasons - perhaps you should sit down with him and ask him to explain his rationale so that you can understand and not come up with cockamamey ideas to trick him.

I stopped believing in hypnotism in 6th grade when I tried to use a Captain Underpants hypno ring. It didn’t work and there’s no such thing as hypnotism.
Try it the old fashioned way and just suck up to your parents and beg to them until they can’t take it anymore.

No that’s ridiculous. A person cannot be hypnotized to do something they do not want to do. To successfully hypnotize someone the person needs to be willing to accept the command. Some advice I can offer you is that wait til your parents are in a good mood, sit down with them and respectfully ask them to talk. If you keep your cool and don’t beg, your parents will listen.This will also make it seem like you’re a lot more mature and make you seem more able for the responsibility of a dog. Have your points why you think you are responsible and can handle it! Hope this helps!

this is the second time you have asked for help on how to convince your parents to get a dog. and we the answers community have given you 9 answers and at least 4 of them were really good answers. and yet you haven’t taken the time to use the advice we gave you. if you are not going to listen to our answers then why ask?

no and if your dad does not want a dog then it may not be a good idea to get one . as they are the people that will have to pay vet bills

When I lived at home this worked like a charm, my parents ended up loving every pet I would "find."

Ask for something bigger like a horse - but give it a week of not asking for the dog. Also, do some research on what it means to have a dog - not only that you want a dog, but the different breeds and what they need. Show him that you have put some though into it, also note that animals can get expensive so you may have to save up for some of the initial costs. Good luck.

Instead of hypnotizing them, look at Parents.com (family life, pets, pets & kids). They have an article on pets with benefits — how having a pet is good for your kids and family. The adoption option lists 15 reasons why you should visit a shelter before getting a dog. Good luck!

I wouldn’t concentrate my efforts on hypnotizing them. Instead, focus that energy on coming up with good arguments on why you should have a dog. Also, convince them that you will take care of the dog itself. Ie: training, house breaking, feeding, walking etc. Ideally, you should be willing to pay for most of the stuff yourself, maybe with a little help from mom and dad with the big things like vet bills. But if you make these promises, you need to stick to them. Otherwise, your dog could end up in a shelter, and lord knows there’s too many animals in there already. And I think it would be a great idea to adopt from a local shelter. My cat was adopted from a shelter and she couldn’t possibly get any sweeter or lovable

You can’t hypnotize your dad…hypnosis IS a science, and it DOES work, the only thing is, the only person that can hypnotize you is yourself. Your dad would have to WANT to change his mind about getting a dog, and commit to at least a few weeks of daily hypnosis sessions to reinforce that. Nice try, but you can’t hypnotize someone else.

i do not think that it is impposible t hypnotize some one.and Mexicanboy hipnotizme has been used for 100′ds of years.besides hipnotizme is science.i mean just because yo say the sun is not a star it’s still ganna be one.oohh and i tried the ring total hogs but you know i did not lose faith.

It is possible to hypnotize someone. Look up how to hypnotize(I tried it) and command your parents when they wake up they will want a dog. They will want the dog so badly they will get it that day. It works!
