The hypnotic handshake interrupt followed by ‘foot stick’ being used as a metaphor for being free of problems. Both the induction and suggestion used are very powerful techniques in an impromptu context, but make sure you have a good understanding of hypnosis and hypnotic safety before you do this.

Instant induction, handshake pattern interrupt, how to hypnotize someone

I’m just messing with two guys in a bar, I did the handshake interrupt after having them to “breathing” exercises for about a few minutes. These breathing exercises were designed to put them into a trance as I also used lots of NLP. When I felt he was ready I hit him with the pattern interrupt and down he goes!! The reason this works is because in our lives we all have automatic responses to things we do. These are programmed responses that happen without us even thinking about it. For example, if you walk by someone , any random stranger and wave hello, you will see that person wave hello back without even thinking about it. Now here is where it gets really interesting, if you interrupt that automatic reponse pattern, it leaves the brain highly suggestible to whatever you want to do. This is that flaw in the brain that I am taking advantage of in this video. Of course you have to make sure the context is set so that you are not threatening or coming across as assaulting the person, let me know if you have any questions, thanks

step 1: I am having her do deep breathing exercise for two reasons, I want to get her in the habit of following my instructions without question. Also deep breathing puts people into light states of trances.
step 2: I then have her do a set piece i took from Anthony Jacquin. I tell her to clasp her fingers together and find that her two fingers are coming together, as if they are magnets on each end. I do this to get her in the habit of following my instructions for hypnosis and also it sets her up as a convincer that hypnosis is working. Gerald Kein refers to this as a “dirty rotten trick” You see if someone clasps their hands together tight enough,l their fingers will naturally come together. However she ends up attributing to this a great “hypnotic” power that I have over her. This causes her to become even more suggestible and going even deeper into a trance.
